Season Pass Terms & Conditions
1. Pass Options
By purchasing a Fylde Coast Runners Season Pass, you agree to these terms and conditions. For further information, please contact us.
- Fylde Coast Runners Season Pass is available in three options:
- 10k Pass: Covers selected 10k events listed in the pass description.
- Half Marathon Pass: Covers selected half marathon events listed in the pass description.
- Ultimate Pass: Covers selected 10k and half marathon events listed in the pass description.
- Only events explicitly listed within the season pass description are included.
- The pass cannot be used for any events not listed, including non-Fylde Coast Runners events.
- Entry to events must be made at least 1 week in advance, subject to availability and event capacity.
- Season pass entries will not be accepted if event entry limits have been reached.
- Season passes cannot be used for on-the-day event entries.
- All entries must be secured in advance through the proper registration process.
- No deferrals, changes, or name changes are permitted. Once a season pass is purchased, it is non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.
- Season passes are available for purchase between 00:01 - 1 December 2024 and 23:59 - 5 December 2024 only. Passes will not be available for purchase outside this window.
- Standard Fylde Coast Runners event terms and conditions apply to all events covered by the season pass.
- Season pass purchases and event entries are non-refundable.
- Entries are subject to availability and may close earlier than 1 week before the event if capacity is reached.
- Entries made for an event before purchasing a Season Pass will not be cancelled or refunded.
- The Fylde Coast Runners Season Pass does not guarantee entry into events where capacity limits have already been reached at the time of application.
- Other promotional entries cannot be used in conjunction with this season pass.
