Ultra Running Events: Terms and Conditions of Entry
By entering a Fylde Coast Runners Ultra Running Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- All participants must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the event. Proof of age may be required at registration.
- If a mandatory kit is specified for an event, participants must present all required items for inspection at registration.
- The mandatory kit must be worn or carried for the entire duration of the event. Failure to carry the required kit may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
- Kit requirements will vary based on the event and conditions, so please review the event-specific guidelines provided by Fylde Coast Runners prior to the event.
- Time limits are enforced for each event, which may include cutoff times at certain checkpoints and at the finish line.
- Participants must meet these time limits in order to continue in the race. Failing to reach a checkpoint within the allocated time may result in removal from the event for safety reasons.
- Specific time limits for each event, including checkpoint and finish line cutoffs, will be provided in the event documentation and on the Fylde Coast Runners website.
- Fylde Coast Runners reserves the right to modify or cancel an event due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of changes, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- Entry fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Fylde Coast Runners.
- Participants are responsible for understanding the risks involved in ultra-running events and for ensuring they are physically prepared and in good health before participating.
- All participants agree to follow the rules and instructions given by event organizers, staff, and volunteers.
- For the safety of all participants, medical support will be available during the event. Participants are encouraged to seek assistance if they experience any health issues during the event.
- Personal support teams may be allowed depending on the event rules; please review the specific event guidelines for details.
- Participants must respect the natural environment and leave no trace along the race route. Littering or damaging the environment may lead to disqualification and possible exclusion from future events.
- By entering the event, participants grant Fylde Coast Runners the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- Participation in an ultra-running event involves inherent risks, including physical exertion, weather conditions, terrain challenges, and other natural or unforeseen hazards.
- By entering, participants accept these risks and waive any liability claims against Fylde Coast Runners, event organisers, sponsors, or any related parties in the event of injury, damage, or loss incurred during the event.
