Tides |
The safe crossing times for the causeway to Holy Island is 12.15pm until 9.15pm. Outside of these times the road will be flooded. The time limit for the event is 4 hours. |
Optional transport to the start |
A coach transfer is available for runners from Holy Island (the finish) to the start point in Spittal for £5.00. This can be booked whilst entering. The bus will leave Holy Island at 12.30pm. Access to the island (tides) is possible from 12.15pm. |
Bib Pack Collection |
Bib pack collection will be available from 12.30pm at the start point in Spittal. Bib packs will include a race number which must be worn during the event and a chip timing tag to record your performance. |

Aid Stations |
Hydration is available at 3 mile intervals approximately. First aid is also available at these locations as well as at the finish on Holy Island. |
